FULL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Participation instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions and by participating all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. Participants should retain a copy for their information.

The Promoter takes data protection seriously. By entering into this rewards promotion, entrants confirm that they have read the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and agree to these Terms and Conditions of the Coffee to Go Rewards Programme. By submitting any information required as part of their participation into the rewards programme, applicants agree to their information being held and processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Eligibility of membership

  1. The Coffee to Go Rewards Programme is open to any GB, IoM & CI outlet who registers and purchases any NESCAFÉ products via the “coffeetogo.co.uk site” which can be found at: https://www.coffeetogo.co.uk/
  2. Excludes employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, its agents, affiliates, or anyone professionally connected to the promotion.
  3. Applicants must be aged 18 or over to register and join the Coffee to Go Rewards Programme.
  4. Internet access, company information details, proof or purchase/receipts and a genuine email account which will generate a membership identification are all required to join and benefit from the programme
  5. Under the Coffee to Go Rewards Programme, members can collect and redeem their points as set out in these Terms and Conditions.
  6. The rewards promotion is an ongoing programme, which will remain active until further notice. In the event of the programme coming to an end, all members will be notified via email and have a minimum of 30 days to use points and complete any outstanding transactions. In the event that the site is shut down, users will still be given a minimum of 30 days to use their points.
  7. How to Join

  8. Applicants can become a Coffee to Go Rewards Programme member by registering at https://www.coffeetogo.co.uk/
  9. To become a member, one has to create or upgrade the applicant’s account, so the applicant must provide their first name, last name, business name, business type and email address. By registering on the Coffeetogo.co.uk website, participants will be automatically enrolled in the Rewards Programme.
  10. Should any of the following occur, the Promoter reserves the right to terminate membership and revoke any reward points gained:
  11. a. The member fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

    b. The member supplies false or misleading information.

    c. The member abuses or misuses any membership privileges of the rewards programme.

    d. The member is involved in any act of fraud, theft, or dishonesty.

    e. The members’ company becomes bankrupt/goes out of business.

  12. The member must ensure that their contact details are kept updated, specifically their email address and mobile phone number. To update their email address, members will need to contact the Customer Service Centre on 0808 189 0151 or via email at learn.more@uk.nestle.com.
  13. The member must keep any membership number or password secure and should not disclose this to anyone else. If the member knows, or suspects that the password has been stolen or compromised, or that anyone other than the member has knowledge of their membership identification code or password, the member should notify the Customer Service Centre and change your password on their Rewards Account as soon as possible.
  14. Collecting Rewards Points

  15. Rewards can be earned, or collected, by the following means:
  16. a. Making purchases — every time you make a valid purchase you earn points based on the price of products purchased. These points will be added to your Reward Points balance, which can be found in the ‘My Account’ section of the Coffeetogo.co.uk website.

    b. Registering on the site.

    c. Subscribing to a newsletter for the first time.

    d. Review Submission — Earn points for submitting genuine product reviews.

  17. By making a purchase on the Coffeetogo.co.uk website, registered members will earn Rewards points for future transactions. These are calculated at four (4) points for every £1 spent. Where a product’s value is not a whole pound, the number of awarded points will be rounded down to the nearest pound. E.g., A £4.49 sleeve earns 16 reward points. These reward points can then be applied to future orders. Each reward point is worth one (1) penny.
  18. Register an account by following the ‘create an account’ instructions on the website, agreeing to the specific terms and conditions and data privacy policy at coffeetogo.co.uk/terms-and-conditions-of-sale. On the completion of the application, once new members register, they will receive 100 points.
  19. Subscribe to our newsletter - earn 100 points for subscribing to the newsletter. This is a monthly newsletter to an opted-in database, providing content hosted in the hub. You can join or cancel your subscription to the newsletter at any time by updating your opt-in status in the ‘My Account’ section of the website, or by contacting the CoffeeToGo support team
  20. Write a review - earn 100 points for writing a genuine review by XXXXXXXXX and conforming to the accepted professional standards or House rules, namely, reviews need to be moderated and approved by Nestlé to ensure these are genuine before the points are awarded to the user. Focus on your own experience with our products. Stay on topic: no spam, good luck/chain posts, commercial/advertising/promotional posts, or repetitive postings.
  21. Be truthful: do not submit any content that you know is false, inaccurate or misleading.

    The member writing the reviews are solely responsible for the content they provide. Such entries cannot infringe the copyright or other intellectual property right of others. Any reviews that are not relevant to any of the products in the range will be excluded. Any inappropriate, unsuitable, or offensive material will be removed immediately and may be reported to the appropriate authorities. Any such submission will subsequently be withdrawn from the site and the member warned.

    Please note that the content posted on this site does not necessarily reflect our views or opinions.     The rewards points will then be available for any future purchases. The user writing a review is unlikely to receive the points during their shopping visit (unless it’s coincidentally while reviews are being moderated), however, points will be available to on their next visit. Reviews will be moderated 2-3 times per week, so hopefully the points should be available within X days of upload.

  22. Reward Members can earn points on their first 15 accepted reviews. Reward Members may only earn points once per item, regardless of whether or not the customer purchased multiple quantities of the same item in a single order or placed multiple or combined orders containing multiple quantities of the item. If the Reward Member chooses to write additional reviews of the same product, they may do so, but the additional reviews will not earn the customer Rewards. Only the first review that a customer submits of a specific product is eligible to earn Reward points.
  23. Rewards points have no physical monetary value and cannot be sold, transferred, or otherwise dealt with except in accordance with these terms and conditions.
  24. Reward points are valid for 24 months from the date of earning, after which time the reward points will expire, unless a member’s account becomes inactive in which case there will be a one-time option to transfer to another member’s account.
  25. Reward members have the ability to view and manage your points through your Customer Account. From your account you will be able to view your total points (and currency equivalent), minimum needed to redeem, whether you have reached the maximum points limit and a cumulative history of points acquired, redeemed and lost. The history record will retain and display historical rates and currency for informational purposes. The history will also show you comprehensive informational messages regarding points, including expiration notifications.
  26. Spending / using Rewards points

  27. Reward points are only redeemable as a discount in the checkout area of the website and are only available for registered users (who are logged in at the time of purchase). If you have accumulated enough points to redeem them, you will have the option of using points alongside the payment methods. The option to use reward points, as well as your balance and the monetary equivalent of this balance, will be visible in the Payment Method area of the checkout. Redeemable reward points can be used in conjunction with credit card payment methods only.
  28. To redeem, click the ‘apply rewards points’ button on the checkout page. This will apply your reward points to the order as a discount. N.B. The total points balance will be applied in a single transaction.
  29. Minimum redemption is 250 points in any one transaction.
  30. Cancelling/leaving or avoiding participation of the membership – if you wish to leave the Nescafé Coffee to Go Rewards programme, you must request your account to be deleted. You will need to speak to Customer Services on 0808 189 0151, or via email to: learn.more@uk.nestle.com and we will remove your account. If you do not apply your reward points to a particular transaction, your points and any gained will still be available/ added to use on any future purchases
  31. General

  32. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all usage of the Coffee To Go Rewards Programme including, but not limited to, any purchase using the correct identity, and to refuse to award a points, or withdraw membership entitlement, or refuse further participation in the Rewards Programme where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, or any instructions forming part of this Rewards Programme, or otherwise where a member has gained unfair advantage in participating in the Rewards Programme. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decision, and these will be binding.
  33. Data Protection: The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the reward promotion and the auditing of the purchases or further information forwarded where necessary and for no other purpose unless we have your consent and you have opted-in to receive future marketing communications. As part of this Rewards Programme, if you are not opted-in into our general marketing email, you will still receive emails/messages for this Rewards Programme only to let you know about ongoing relevant information. The personal details will at all times be kept confidential, and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You can request access to your personal data, or have any inaccuracies rectified, or request deletion of data by sending an email to: UKI.Dataprotection@uk.nestle.com. For the purpose of this programme, requests to delete personal data can only be actioned in conjunction with current activity which may mean a delay in deletion until after specific aspects of the Rewards Programme has concluded.
  34. Limitations of Liability: Neither the Promoter nor the rewards promotional parties assume any responsibility or liability for:
  35. a. Any incorrect or inaccurate submission during the registration process, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions.

    b. Any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of data at any point in the operation of this Promotion.

    c. Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this Promotion.

    d. Inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the website or any combination thereof.

  36. Regretfully, the Promoter cannot be held liable for system failures on the website.
  37. Conduct of Participation: Participants of the Rewards Programme agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  38. If for any reason any aspect of this Rewards Programme is not capable of running as planned due to events outside of the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the programme with X months’ notice, or invalidate any affected entries (this includes, without limitation, by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion). During any termination period and prior to closure reward members will have the opportunity to redeem any accumulated reward points.
  39. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid, or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
  40. The Coffee To Go Rewards Programme and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of the participating country and any disputes as to the meaning of these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the participants’ local courts.
  41. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this rewards promotion, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Rewards Programme, to suspend or remove any rewards or these terms and conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
